Refund Policy

It is the student's responsibility to drop classes by the refund deadlines. Students who withdraw officially from class(es) by the published deadlines are eligible for a refund. Refunds deadlines for classes that begin earlier or later are based on the length of the class and the date of the first class meeting. A withdrawal is official the date it is received by the Registration and Records Office. The official withdrawal date determines the amount of the refund. Failure to attend does not guarantee being withdrawn or being eligible for a refund. Withdrawals will be accepted by telephone (602) 243-8123 during registration hours.

How are refunds processed?

Cash and Check Payments:   We do not give cash refunds.  Your refund will be in the form of a check.  The check will be mailed to you within three business days of request unless we notify you differently.

Credit Card Payment:   If you made your payment by credit card, we will reimburse the original credit card only.  If your account has been closed, you will need to contact your credit card company to reopen your account.
